Next Stop: Color! is a mobile game by Moreman Games. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting player data. This Policy describes what data may be collected, how it is used, and what rights you have.

1. What data is collected

We do not request personal information (full name, address, email, etc.) unless you provide it voluntarily (e.g., when contacting support). The game and integrated SDKs may automatically collect anonymized technical data:

• Device and app information: device model, OS version, app version, language and region, IP (anonymized), timezone.
• Identifiers: advertising ID IDFA (iOS) / AAID (Android), Firebase Instance ID.
• Usage and events: screen opens, session length, level progress, clicks, ad views, install source; crashes and diagnostic data.
• Approximate location: derived from IP (city/country) — for antifraud, analytics, and ad targeting.

2. Purpose of data use

• Ensuring app functionality and correct saving of progress.
• Usage analytics, improving quality and balance.
• Ad display and personalization (with consent).
• Fraud prevention, security, and crash diagnostics.
• Compliance with platform (Google/Apple) and legal requirements.

3. Third-party services and SDKs

We may use third-party services (the set may differ depending on version/build):

• Unity Ads — ad display, frequency capping, antifraud (policy).
• Firebase Analytics — usage analytics (policy).
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports and diagnostic data.
• GameAnalytics (if used) — gameplay analytics (policy).
• Appsflyer (if used) — campaign attribution (policy).

Some providers/SDKs may act as independent data controllers regarding part of the collected information and process it according to their own policies.

4. Data storage and transfer

• Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.
• Anonymized technical data may be transferred to partner servers (EU/US and other regions).
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Legal basis for processing

• GDPR/UK GDPR: legitimate interests (analytics, security, product improvement) and consent (personalized ads/ad measurement).
• CCPA/CPRA: we do not sell personal data; you may opt out of “sharing” for targeted advertising.
• COPPA: the game is not intended for children under 13; no intentional data collection from children.

We use secure data transfer (HTTPS) and verified SDKs; however, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Data retention

Technical and analytics data are stored only as long as necessary for stated purposes, after which they are aggregated or deleted. Local game data is removed when the app is uninstalled.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. See the effective date at the top. In case of significant changes, notifications may appear in the app/website.
