TileShift is a mobile game developed by Moreman Games. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting player data. This Privacy Policy describes what information may be collected, how it is used, and what rights you have.
1. What data we collect
We do not require you to create an account and generally do not directly ask for personal information such as your name, postal address, or email unless you choose to provide it, for example when contacting support. However, the game and integrated SDKs may process technical and identifier data needed for app functionality, analytics, diagnostics, and advertising, such as:
- Device information: model, OS, language, region, IP (anonymized)
- Unique identifiers: IDFA (iOS), AAID (Android), Firebase Installation ID and/or identifiers related to messaging and analytics
- Gameplay data: progress, time spent, ad interactions
- Diagnostics: crashes, errors, logs
- Advertising data: impressions, clicks, anti-fraud protection
2. Purpose of data use
- Running the app and saving progress
- Gameplay analytics and quality improvements
- Displaying and personalizing ads (with your consent)
- Fraud prevention and security
- App updates and bug fixing
3. Third-party services and SDKs
We may use third-party services and SDKs, which may vary by platform and app version:
- Unity Ads — advertising and analytics (privacy policy)
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — ad delivery, ad measurement, and consent management (privacy policy)
- Firebase Analytics — usage analytics (privacy policy)
- Firebase Auth — authentication services and related technical identifiers (privacy policy)
- Firebase Firestore — app data storage and synchronization (privacy policy)
- Firebase Messaging — push notification delivery and related message tokens/identifiers (privacy policy)
4. Data transfer and storage
Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Anonymized data may be transferred to third-party servers (EU, US, and others). We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Legal basis
- GDPR/UK GDPR: Legitimate Interest (analytics, security), Consent (ads)
- CCPA/CPRA: We do not sell personal data; you may opt out of data sharing
- COPPA and similar children's privacy laws: if you believe that a child has provided data in a way that does not comply with applicable law, contact us at support@moreman.games and we will review the request in accordance with applicable law.

- Limit analytics through in-app or device settings
8. Security
We use secure transmission (HTTPS) and trusted SDKs. However, no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Data retention
Technical and analytics data are stored only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Local game data is deleted automatically when the app is uninstalled.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date will be updated at the top of the document.
