    By downloading or using Cyprus Explore you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
  

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cyprus Explore mobile application ("App") developed by Moreman Games ("We", "Company"). By installing or launching the App, you ("User") confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Cyprus Explore is an informational travel guide for beaches and landmarks in Cyprus. The App provides: a place catalogue, interactive maps, real-time weather, user reviews and photos, an achievement system, and a leaderboard.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU).
If you are under 18, ensure a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.
Registration is voluntary; the App works in guest mode without an account.

4. User Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Creating more than one account, using someone else's credentials, or transferring your account to a third party is prohibited.
If you discover unauthorised access, notify us immediately at support@moreman.games.

5. User-Generated Content

By uploading photos or posting reviews, you:

confirm that you are the rights-holder or have the necessary permissions for the content;
grant Moreman Games a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, display, and moderate the content within the App;
agree that the content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law, and is not offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful.

We may remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not:

upload content that infringes copyright, includes others' personal data without consent, or is obscene, offensive, or unlawful;
manipulate the visit-verification system (GPS spoofing, emulators, etc.);
artificially inflate ratings or post false reviews;
reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorised access to the server infrastructure;
use the App for commercial purposes without written permission from Moreman Games.

7. Accuracy of Information

Information about beaches, landmarks, facilities, and weather is provided "as is" and may become outdated. We strive to keep data current but accept no responsibility for its accuracy or completeness. Exercise your own judgment, especially regarding water safety.

8. Location and Safety

The App is not a navigation tool. Do not rely on it as your sole means of orientation. You independently assess the risks of visiting any location and are solely responsible for your own safety.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the App (design, code, description texts, logos) are the property of Moreman Games and are protected by intellectual property law. User content remains the user's property, subject to the licence granted under Section 5.

10. Termination

We may suspend or delete an account without notice for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by sending a request to support@moreman.games.

11. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moreman Games shall not be liable for:

any damage arising from use of or inability to use the App;
inaccuracy of place information;
content published by users;
failures of third-party services (Supabase, weather API, etc.).

12. Apple and Google

If the App is downloaded through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the respective platform's terms of service also apply. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these Terms and bear no responsibility for the App or its content. All claims related to the App should be directed to Moreman Games, not to Apple or Google.

    In accordance with Apple's requirements: you agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
  

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. You will be notified of material changes through the App. Continued use of the App after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cyprus, unless mandatory provisions of the user's country of residence apply.
