Terms of Service — Next Stop: Color!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to the mobile game Next Stop: Color!, developed by Moreman Games ("we"). By installing or using the game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree — do not use the game.

1. Eligibility

• The game is intended for users aged 13 or older. Users under 13 are not allowed to use the application.
• If you are between 13 and 18 years old, parental or guardian consent is required.
• You must comply with the laws of your country and the rules of distribution platforms (Google Play / App Store).

2. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved by the developer.

3. Prohibited actions

• Reverse engineering, modification, creating derivative works, or bypassing security systems.
• Using bots, cheats, or interfering with level progression or mechanics.
• Commercial use of any game elements without written permission.
• Any actions that violate laws, third-party rights, or the technical stability of the game.

4. Intellectual property

All rights to the game and its elements (code, graphics, music, characters, mechanics, and design) belong to Moreman Games and are protected under copyright law.

5. Virtual items and purchases

• The game may contain virtual items (hints, boosters). They have no real-world value and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Payments are processed by the platforms (Google/Apple). Refunds are governed by their policies.
• Game balance and pricing may change without prior notice.

6. Advertising, analytics, and third-party services

The game may use third-party SDKs (Unity Ads, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, GameAnalytics) for advertising, analytics, and diagnostics. These services may collect technical data (device identifiers, language, gameplay events). For details, see the Privacy Policy.

7. Progress and saves

• Progress is stored locally on the device. Deleting the game may result in data loss.
• Some features require an Internet connection. Your carrier may charge for data usage.

8. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions. Continued use of the game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The game is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for errors, crashes, data loss, device incompatibility, or any indirect damages resulting from use of the game.

10. Health and safety

• Flashing effects may cause discomfort in sensitive individuals. Stop playing immediately if you feel unwell.
• We recommend taking regular breaks and playing in moderation.

11. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the game if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete the application from your device.

12. Governing law

Unless otherwise required by your local laws, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Cyprus.
